Sintered mullite is produced from high-purity raw materials such as industrial alumina and kaolin. After ultrafine grinding, shaping, and high-temperature sintering in a shaft kiln, it forms a durable and stable material ideal for high-temperature applications.
High purity and excellent crystal structure
Stable thermal expansion and outstanding thermal shock resistance
High refractoriness under load (RUL)
Low creep at elevated temperatures
Strong resistance to chemical corrosion
– Iron & Steel Industry : ladle linings, kiln furniture
– Ceramic Industry : kiln refractory linings, setters
– Construction Materials : high-temp insulation products
– Chemical Industry : corrosive environment linings
– Foundry & Casting : precision casting molds, coatings
